Data protection

Provision of Your Personal Data
The provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract, unless otherwise stated below. You are not obliged to provide the data, and failure to provide it has no consequences. This applies only as long as no other information is specified in the processing operations listed below. "Personal data" means all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Server Log Files
You can visit our website without providing personal information. When accessing our website, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser and stored in log files – so-called server log files. These log files include, for example, the name of the accessed page, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. The data is used exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our services. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person.

Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data in Online Booking
When booking online, we only collect your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill and process the booking you have made as well as to handle your inquiries. In this case, the provision of data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, which takes place on the easybooking platform. Without the provision of data, no contract will be concluded. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Your data will not be transferred to third parties without your express consent. Exceptions are only our service partners required for the processing of the contractual relationship or service providers we engage in the context of commissioned data processing. In addition to the recipients mentioned in this privacy policy, these may include recipients from the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, order processing providers, web hosts, IT service providers, and dropshipping traders. In all cases, legal requirements are strictly observed, and the scope of data transfer is limited to the minimum necessary.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They do not cause any damage. They help us recognize your browser the next time you visit. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This allows only a rough localization.

Your Rights
With regard to your stored data, you generally have the rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with me () or with the data protection authority.

You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Cookies are stored on your computer. Therefore, you have full control over their use. By selecting appropriate technical settings in your internet browser, you can prevent the storage of cookies and the transmission of the data they contain. Already stored cookies can be deleted at any time. However, please note that in such cases, you may not be able to use all features of this website to their full extent.

For more information on managing (including disabling) cookies in the most common browsers, see:

Duration of Storage
After contract fulfillment, your data will only be stored for the duration of the warranty period and in compliance with statutory retention periods, particularly under tax and commercial law. After these periods expire, the data will be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Rights of the Data Subject
Under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR, you are entitled – subject to legal requirements – to the following rights:
Right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, and right to data portability.

In addition, under Article 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to processing based on Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, as well as to processing for direct marketing purposes.
